Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions 1. All consultations are with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Carolyn Watson (License #R1034337) upon receipt of the signed initial consultation agreement. 2. The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 120 minutes, depending on the type of consultation chosen). 3. Unused time will not be credited to the Client. 4. Carolyn Watson will not answer any follow up questions after the consultation. 5. Recording of the consultation is not authorized. 6. Cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. 7. Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled later than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%. 8. Missed appointments will be refunded 50%. 9. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be refunded 50% and not rescheduled. The appointment will be cancelled if the Client is more than 15 minutes late. 10. By booking an appointment the Client agrees to provide only genuine and truthful information. 11. If the Consultant does not attend due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the Client’s convenience within the available hours, at no additional cost.
