Cancellation Policy

1. All consultations are with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Carolyn Watson (R1034337) upon receipt of the signed initial consultation agreement. 2. The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes, depending on the type of consultation chosen). 3. Unused time will not be credited to the Client. 4. Carolyn Watson will not answer any follow up questions after the consultation. 5. Recording of the consultation is not authorized. 6. Cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment and will be fully refunded minus a 3% processing fee. 7. Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the consultation fee (minus a 3% processing fee). 8. Missed appointments are subject to a 50% cancelation fee (plus a 3% processing fee). 9. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee (minus a 3% processing fee) and will only be rescheduled as a new appointment. The appointment will be cancelled if the Client is more than 15 minutes late. 10. By booking an appointment the Client agrees to provide only genuine and truthful information. 11. If the Consultant does not attend due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the Client’s convenience within the available hours, at no additional cost to the Client. 12. By booking “Review…” consultation, the Client understands and agrees that the Consultant will only provide a consultation service. The consultant will not act as an Authorized Representative and will not be held responsible for the outcome of the case. By scheduling this appointment I acknowledge that I have read and accepted the above terms.
